1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1-1/3 lb Flounder fillets
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup dry white wine
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine tomato, mushrooms and green onions; spoon mixture onto each fillet. Roll up fillets and secure with toothpicks. Combine soup and wine in a small saucepan; stir and heat to a simmer.
Pour sauce over fish and bake for approximately 35 min or until cooked throughout.
