Recipe for Baked Lemon Haddock

2 pounds haddock filets
1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in an 11x7x2" baking idsh coated with nonstick cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 6 servings
