Recipe for Baked Pickerel

(serves 6)

4 pounds dressed, whole fish (trout, salmon, pickerel)
1/2 cup of melted butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp caraway seeds
2 lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350'. Split fish lengthwise and place it in a shallow baking dish with the melted butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, caraway seeds and lemon juice. Bake for 25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
