1 lb. or pkg. frozen fish fillets
(sole, haddock, cod, grouper, dolphin), thawed
1/2 minced med. onion
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
Saute onions in 2 tablespoons oleomargarine or olive oil. Mix with bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper (if desired). Place fish in buttered baking dish. Pour milk over fish. Top with bread crumbs, onion, cheese mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
