Serves 4
4 catfish fillets
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
Place catfish fillets in a greased casserole dish. Mix chili sauce, tomato sauce and sour cream together and pour over fillets. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake covered at 350° F. for 25 minutes.
