Recipe for Flounder Fillets Dijon

4 6-to 8-ounce fish fillets
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tbsps. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsps. Worcestershire sauce
6 tbsps. breadcrumbs
Chopped fresh parsley
Lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 450°F. Butter 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish.
Arrange fish fillets in prepared dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Blend butter, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl. Spread butter mixture over each fillet, dividing equally and covering completely. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over each dividing equally.
Bake fish until just cooked through, about 7 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, garnish with lemon wedges.
