2 lb. fish, dolphin, snapper, grouper
Salt and pepper to taste
5 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. green onions
3 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry fish. Coat both sides with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Place fish in a buttered casserole, sprinkle with onions, herbs and lemon juice. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
