Recipe for Mexican Bluefish

Bluefish fillets
Blackening seasoning to taste
Margarine
Salsa, med. hot
Lima

Sear bluefish fillets in a frying pan with blackening seasoning (to taste) and margarine. Place fillets on a broiler pan. Squeeze juice of 1 lime on top. Spread enough salsa to cover top of fish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Length of time depends on thickness of fillet.
