Recipe for Oven Baked Bluefish

2 lb. bluefish fillets or other fish fillets, fresh or frozen
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup melted margarine or butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. thyme

Cut into serving-size portions Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put fish in a well-greased 2-quart baking dish. Combine margarine, lemon juice, and thyme. Pour over fish. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees F., for 10 to 15 minutes, checking for change in translucency or until fish flakes easily. Makes 6 servings.
