Trouts
Chile spice
Corn meal
Salt
Form of preparation:
Cut the trout in slugs of 2 inches approx cuts itself Dust the slugs with chile spice and leave lightly covered. Later cover them with the corn meal. They are put in a pan to fry in very hot oil. You fry it til done, sprinkle lemons juice on the slugs then savot the flavor.
