Recipe for Salmon Fillets for Two

2 fresh or defrosted fish fillets
butter or margarine
sliced onion
salt & black pepper
10 oz crushed or stewed tomatoes

Take 2 fresh or defrosted fish fillets, put into a grilling pan,
add a couple dabs of butter or margarine, some sliced onion over
the fish, add a sprinkle of salt & black pepper, and then add
crushed or stewed tomatoes. Bake in oven at 350 deg. for 1/2 hr.
