Recipe for Salmon Loaf

1 can salmon, drained and skinned
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mix all ingredients well. Put in loaf pan. Bake in 350 oven 1
hour.



Recipe for Salmon Loaf

1/4 lb salmon
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp margarine
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook salmon until flakey. Combine
flaked salmon, soft bread crumbs, salt, paprika, melted margarine,
eggs, and milk; mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish and
return to oven to bake for 30 to 40 minutes.



Recipe for Salmon Loaf

1 lb can salmon
1 tbsps lemon juice
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup hot milk
1/8 tsp salt
2 egg whites
2 egg yolks
2 tbsps melted butter
1 tsp chopped parsley
paprika, optional

Remove skin and bones from the salmon. Add all ingredients except
egg whites. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, bake in buttered
mold in moderate over for one hour.

2 8-oz cans pink salmon
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c milk
4 Tbsp lemon juice
24 unsalted soda crackers (crushed)
salt
pepper
celery salt
seafood seasoning (optional)
2 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)

Mix all ingredients together in medium sized mixing bowl using
hands or a spoon. Pat into greased loaf pan and sprinkle with dried
parsley. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for about 20 minutes (or
cook in microwave oven for about 7 min.). Serves 2-4.


Recipe for Salmon Loaf

14 3/4 oz can salmon
2 eggs
salt and pepper
1 sleeve crackers, crushed
1/2 cup to 1 cup milk
1 Tbsp to 1/4 cup butter

Drain and rinse salmon. Beat 2 eggs with a dash of salt and pepper.
Add to salmon and mix until you can't spot any bones. Add crushed
crackers and milk.

If the batter is quite stiff add more milk until it looks about as
runny as a commercial cake mix batter. Dot with butter (1 Tbsp to
1/4 cup).

Bake at 350 deg for one hour. Pull it out of the oven and stick
a knife in it. The knife should come out damp but with nothing
clinging to it. If anything sticks to the knife put the loaf back
in the oven for 15 minutes or so. Serve hot.


Recipe for Salmon Loaf

2 cans (1 lb.) red salmon
6 slices fresh white bread, shredded
2 eggs, well-beaten
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 C). Flake salmon in large bowl;
remove bones. Combine remaining ingredients with salmon. Turn the
salmon mixture into a greased 1 1/2-qt. (1.5-liter) casserole dish.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until firm in the center. Serve hot.
