4 walleye fillets
2 tbsp. oil
1 stalk celery (sliced)
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 can tomatoes, drained and chopped.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Tobasco to taste
Saute fish in oil until brown, turning once. Place fish in a baking dish. Bake in a 350° oven for 10-15 minutes until just about done. Mix all the rest of ingredients. Pour this over fish, finish baking till fish flakes.
