1 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbs. cajun or creole seasoning
2 tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 tbs. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbs. soy sauce
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbs. honey
Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Add shrimp,
toss to coat. Refrigerate one hour. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, bake until
shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Garnish
with lemon wedges and serve with crusty French bread.
