Recipe for Stuffed Baked Shrimp

16 shrimp -- (16-20/pound)
1 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers -- crushed
1/2 pound butter -- melted
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, dash Tabasco sauce
dash garlic salt, lemon


Shell and devein shrimp. Or you can use already peeled and deveined. Set shrimp out on greased cookie sheet. Mix together crushed crackers, butter, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and garlic salt. Cover shrimp with stuffing. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
