Recipe for Stuffed Grouper

Stuffing Mix all together.

1 oz. Celery, Diced
1/2 oz. Onion, Diced
1 pinch Hot Pepper Flakes
2 oz. Mozzarella
1/2 oz. Parsley, chopped fine
1 oz. Lemon Zest
1 Egg
2 oz. Sea Leggs

1 8.5 oz. Grouper

Cut 1/2 oz. off of the fillet. Place 2 oz. of the stuffing on top of your 1/2 oz. Grouper. Cut your opening slice down the middle of the 8oz. Grouper. Place over your 2 oz. of stuffing, paprika, butter and bake at 250 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.

Yeilds 2 servings.

Served with rice pilaf.
