Recipe for Tangerine Fish

2lbs. Fillets
1 tbs. Chopped cilanto
1 cup Tangerine juice
1 Medium onion
2 tbs. Olive oil
1 tsp. Ground coriander
3/ 4 cup Dry white wine

Marinate fillets in tangerine juice at least one hour.
Cut onion into thin slices.
Lightly oil a baking pan.
Place marinated fish in pan.
Sprinkle with coriander.
Pour olive oil on fish and cover with cilantro.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour tangerine juice into pan, not directly over spiced fish.
Bake at 350ยบ for about 30 minutes.
Garnish with tangerine sections and cilantro.
