Recipe for Teriyaki Sea Bass


1 pound orange roughy fillets (or sea bass, red snapper, or rock cod)
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 green onions, sliced
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
sliced green onion or freshly snipped parsley, for garnish

Arrange fillets in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover loosely with waxed paper. Elevate on rack and microwave on High 4-5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with green onion or parsley.
