1 (6 oz.) can tuna fish
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 English muffins, split and toasted
1. Mix first 5 ingredients. 2. Spread on English muffins and broil until bubbly and lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. margarine
1 can tuna fish, drained and flaked
1 c. shredded zucchini
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped parley
Dash of pepper
Saute onion in margarine. Mix all ingredients together. Make burgers. Dip in flavored bread crumbs and fry in 2 tablespoons margarine or oil 3 to 4 minutes each side.
Fish Burgers

240g drained canned tuna
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped red capsicum
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
3 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbs olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form mixture into four equal patties.
Heat oil on barbecue hot plate until hot. Barbecue tuna patties 8-10
minutes, turning once.

1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
3 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbs vegetable oil
1 Tbs tartare sauce
4 x 60g hamburger buns
Combine all ingredients (except buns and tartare sauce) in a bowl.
Form mixture into four equal patties. Heat oil on barbecue hot
plate until hot. Barbecue tuna patties 8-10 minutes, turning once.
Serve on buns, top each with a tsp of tartare sauce.
