Ingredients:
1 1/3 pounds whitefish
1 large tomato, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
Place fish in a baking pan. Arrange tomato slices on top. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheese on fish. Drizzle with oil and season to taste. Bake in a preheated 425 degrees farenheit oven for 10 minutes or until cooked throughout.
