Recipe for Zesty Baked Fish

Ingredients:
3-4 pounds fish, (your choice) prepared for baking
2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup sour cream
1 large dill pickle, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. paprika
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper and place in an oiled baking dish. Combine crumbs, onion, sour cream, pickle and paprika in a bowl. Place stuffing in cavity of fish (or fishes), brush fish with olive oil, cover than pan (foil is fine) and bake at 425 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
