Recipe for Almondine Fish

1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
3 tbsp. ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
3 tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
1 lb. fish fillets, (any variety)

Combine margarine and ReaLemon brand; reserve 1/4 cup. Add almonds to remaining margarine mixture; set aside. Broil or grill fish as desired, basting frequently with reserved mixture. Serve with almond sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.

--HERB FISH:--
Omit almonds. Add 1 teaspoon dill weed.

--GARLIC FISH:--
Omit almonds. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
