Serves 4
1 pound fillet of sole, 4 pieces
1 large banana
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
Arrange fillets on a broiling pan. Cut banana in half lengthwise, then crosswise. Mix lemon juice and sugar together. Roll banana in the mixture and place one piece of banana in the center of each fillet. Broil for 15-20 minutes, or until done. Sprinkle with chopped almonds. About 130 calories per serving.
