Recipe for Broiled Hunan Bass Fillets

3 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
1 tablespoon green onion -- finely chopped
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger -- minced
1 clove garlic -- minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper -- crushed
1 pound bass fillets

Combine soy sauce, onion, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and crushed red pepper in cup.

Spray rack of broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish on rack; brush with soy sauce mixture.

Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
