Recipe for Broiled, Marinated Trout with Raisin Sauce

4 8 ounce trout fillets
1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. lemon juice
1 large clove garlic, thinly sliced
1/3 cup raisins

Arrange trout fillets in a single layer in a glass dish. Combine next 3 ingredients and black pepper to taste in a bowl. Pour marinade over fish. Cover and marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator, turning fish once. Turn on broiler. Remove fish, reserving marinade. Arrange fish on an oiled broiler pan. Broil 2-3 inches from heat source, 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned, turning carefully once to brown both sides. Meanwhile, place reserved marinade and raisins in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Serve fish with raisin sauce.
