2 lbs. mullet fillets (or any fish can
be used)
2 tbsp. peanut oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Lemon wedges
Place fillets skin side down in single layer on a well greased broil- and-serve platter, 16x10 inch. Combine all ingredients except lemon wedges. Pour this sauce over fish. Broil fish 4 inches below source of heat for 10-15 minutes. Baste one time during broiling, using pan drippings. Serve with lemon wedges. In Florida, I cooked Morris' bait by mistake. He liked it anyway.
