Recipe for Broiled Perch

Serves 4
Basting sauce:
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 oz. whiskey or brandy
2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp. fresh minced ginger or 2 tsp. dried
1/2 c. melted oleo

4 filets fish (your choice)
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Wash filets and place skin side down in Pam-sprayed baking pan. Pour half of the marinade on the fish and broil for 4 minutes, apply rest of marinade and broil baste until fish becomes light brown. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (heavily) and serve.
