Recipe for Broiled Salmon with Walnuts

4 salmon steaks cut 1-inch thick
olive oil
salt
pepper
1 lemon thinly sliced
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Brush both sides of salmon with olive oil and season to taste with
salt and pepper. Arrange in roasting pan. Broil 10 minutes. Turn
steaks. Arange lemon slices on top and broil 8 minutes longer
Meanwhile, melt butter in small skillet. Add walnuts and cook 2
minutes, stirring. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Sprinkle walnut mixture over cooked salmon. Makes 4 servings.
