6 Salmon Fillets (6 oz.)
2 tbs. Olive Oil
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
2oz. Chopped Dill (fresh)
1 cup Mayonnaise
Blend Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, fresh chopped Dill, and Mayonnaise together in blender and pour onto Salmon (trying to brush the Mayonnaise on at the last minute you will brush off the other seasoning).
Pour small amount of blended seasoning in the bottom of a glass cooking dish and place Salmon on mixture and pour the rest of seasoning over the fish. Place in a preheated 350( oven and cook (it is hard to give a time on broiling fish as one must know how far from the heat this fish will be while cooking).
Not knowing the broiler set-up, a good guideline is to bake the Salmon at 350( for 20 minutes.
