Recipe for Fish Fillets Supreme with Orange Sauce

Serves 4
--ORANGE SAUCE:--
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. margarine or butter
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

--FISH AND VEGETABLES:--
2 1/2 c. Green Giant American Mixtures
Heartland Style broccoli, cauliflower and carrots (from 16 oz. pkg)
1 lb. fresh or frozen cod fillets,
thawed
1/2 tsp. salt-free natural seasoning
mix, if desired Oranges slices, if desired

In small saucepan, combine cornstarch, bouillon and sugar; gradually stir in water and juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Stir in margarine and orange peel; keep warm. Prepare vegetables according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat broiler. Spray broiler pan with no-stick cooking spray. Arrange fillets on sprayed broiler pan; sprinkle with seasoning. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning if necessary. To serve, place fillets down center of serving platter; arrange vegetables around fillets. Spoon sauce over fish and vegetables. Garnish with orange slices.
