2 to 3 lbs. fish fillets (any variety)
2 oz. butter, melted
3 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
7 tbsp. gin
Place fish into greased broiler pan and cover with 1/2 of the butter, onion flakes, salt and pepper. Broil until brown (about 3 inches from element). Mix remaining butter with gin. Remove broiler pan from oven and pour mixture over fish and ignite it. Let brown until flame goes out.
