1 1/4 lb. fish filet cubed (any solid fish)
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 c. olive oil
Savory to taste
Mix all above ingredients, add salt and pepper. Add cubed fish, marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours. Skewer and BBQ (or broil) 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over rice and accompany with salad.
