24 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon red pepper (optional)
Wash the shrimp in cold water, dry and arrange in a pan Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the shrimp. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and place in the broiler three inches from the source of heat. Broil until brown, about 5 minutes on each side
