Recipe for Herbed Broiled Fish

1 tbsp. butter or marg.
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 lb. fish steaks (any variety)

In a small saucepan melt margarine. Add parsley flakes, salt, oregano, lemon pepper and lemon juice. Brush over both sides of fish. Arrange on rack in broiler pan. Place under a preheated hot broiler. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested wiht a fork.
