1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. dry white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed
4 thick fish fillets
Saute garlic in butter for 2 minutes. Add juice, wine, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Simmer 2 minutes, then baste fish with mixture. Broil 5-inches from source of heat. Allow 10 minutes of cooking time. Turn once and baste several times.
