Serves 6 - 8
6 to 8 fish fillets, or enough fillets (any variety)
to total 3 pounds
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
6 sprigs fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon
dried dill
1/2 c. white wine
3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
Place fillets in a flat dish and add the Worcestershire sauce, dill and wine. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. Transfer fillets to a greased casserole. Dot with butter and salt and pepper to taste. Broil about 6 to 8 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
