Recipe for Orange Fillets

Serves 4
1 lb. fresh fish fillets (your choice)
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted

Separate fillets or cut into 4 serving size portions. Combine rest of ingredients and pour mixture over fillets in a shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Place fillets in greased shallow baking pan. Broil fish 4 inches from heat till fish flake easily when tested with a fork. Allow 5 minutes for each 1/2 inch of thickness. Baste occasionally with marinade. If more than 1 inch thick, turn fish when half done. Brush again with marinade; sprinkle with sesame seed. Good with baked potatoes and squash and pimentoes.
