Ingredients:
4 fish steaks (your choice), about 1/2 pound each
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. black pepper
8 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. minced parsley
Directions:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients well. While sauce is standing, preheat broiler and line a broiling pan with heavy aluminum foil. Place steaks on foil and spread sauce over them. Broil for six minutes or so on one side, then turn, spread sauce over other side and broil for three or four more minutes, or until fork pierces through without resistance.
