Recipe for Sexy Salsa-Seasoned Swordfish

Ingredients: 1 4-ounce swordfish steak, about 3/4 inch thick 1/2 cup seeded, diced cucumber 1/2 cup diced tomato 1/4 cup diced red onion 2 large black olives, pitted and chopped 1 T fresh lime juice 1 t grated lime zest (green part only) 1 t chopped fresh dill or 1/4 t dried dill Cucumber slices and fresh dill sprigs, for garnish for seasoning: a pinch of sea salt, red pepper and black pepper to taste, 1 small garlic pod, pressed

Instructions: Preheat broiler. On an oiled pan, "massage" seasoning into both sides of raw fish. Then, in large bowl, combine all other ingredients, and pour over the fish. Broil swordfish 5 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove fish to large plate. Garnish and serve.
