Recipe for Shrimp-Bacon Bites

Makes 16 - 20 appetizers
1 cup medium to large shrimp; cooked, peeled and deveined
1/2 clove garlic, slivered
1/2 cup chili sauce
8 to10 slices bacon

Mix shrimp and garlic; pour chili sauce on mixture. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 2 hours.

Cut bacon slices into halves. Fry bacon until partially cooked; drain. Wrap each shrimp in bacon piece; secure with wooden pick.

Broil with tops 2 to 3 inches from heat until bacon is crisp. Serve immediately.
