2 lbs. fish fillets (haddock or halibut)
1/2 c. sauterne wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Place fish in a shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Broil 20 to 30 minutes under medium heat, basting frequently, with sauce. Goes well with French fried eggplant and buttered broccoli. Serve sauterne wine with dinner.
