Recipe for Swordfish Calcutta

2 tablespoons unsweetened orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
10 ounces 3/4-inch thick swordfish steaks
vegetable oil spray

Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Place swordfish in a shallow baking dish. Brush orange mixture over steaks; cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours.

Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Place steaks on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 5-6 inches from heat 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork
