Recipe for Friday's Mackeral Fish

Serves 4 - 6
2 lbs. fish fillets or steaks (any variety)
Salt
Paprika
1 egg
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. corn meal
Salad oil

Sprinkle fish will salt and paprika. Beat together egg, water and Tabasco sauce. Mix together flour and corn meal. Dip fish in egg mixture; roll in dry mixture. Heat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees. Fry fish about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
