To improve our skill as bass anglers through a fellowship of friendly exchange of bass catching techniques and ideas; to promote and encourage youth fishing and a love for this great recreation; to offer our State Conservation Department our organized moral support and encouragement; to instill in ourselves and others who come in contact with us, courtesy, honesty, sportsmanship, good conservation practices and a desire to perpetuate quality bass fishing. To promote full adherence to all conversation codes and to demand adequate water standards and legal enforcement of existing regulatory standards. To detect and report any polluter and call public and political attention to his crime; to function as a dynamic and effective link with other clubs. This Club shall be a non-profit organization.

To provide a platform on which bass anglers can exchange ideas, techniques, and sportsmanship in order to become better anglers. Through our open tournament, we hope, to increase youth and public awareness of bass fishing as a major sport. To encourage our members to convey courtesy, honesty, sportsmanship, and good conservation practices in order to perpetuate the quality of bass fishing to anyone who may come in contact with them. This shall mean any time they are on the water. Also, to encourage all members to adhere to all conservation codes at all times, whether in this state or in others. If one comes in contact with a polluter and/or violator, they should immediately report them to the proper authorities. This club shall be a non-profit organization.
