Old Bay Seasoning
Large or Jumbo Shrimp
Pork Tenderloin (sliced extremely thin)
Your Favorite Barbeque Sauce
Tooth Picks
1. Season the shrimp with the Old Bay and the hickory rub.
2. Wrap each shrimp with a slice of the pork tenderloin and season again with the Old Bay and hickory rub. Use the tooth picks to hold it all together. You can substitute thinly sliced chicken for the pork if you don't eat pork.
3. Grill it
4. Serve with your favorite Barbeque sauce.
This works great for appetizers.
