40 medium size shrimp – shelled
juice from one lemon
2 cloves garlic – minced
1/4 cup olive oil
8 pre-soaked wood skewers
Pre-soak 8 wooden skewers in water. Shell and de-vein 40 medium size shrimp. Place 5 shrimps on each skewer. Brush with a mixture of lemon/garlic and olive oil. BBQ until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 8 minutes.
