Recipe for Blackened Tuna

3 to 4 teaspoons blackened redfish magic spice
4 tuna steaks (5 to 6 ounces each)
1 tablespoon oil


Rub oil evenly over both sides of the fish. Evenly coat both sides of fish with spice. Spray the cold grill racks with nonstick cook spray. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the fish for 7 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
