Recipe for Broiled Marinated Fish Steaks

1 1/2 lb. fish steaks, 1 inch thick

--MARINADE FOR FISH:--
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

In a shallow pan, combine oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, bay leaf and parsley. Add fish steaks. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade. Place on foil covered broiler pan or grill. Baste with marinade. Broil or grill about 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
