Recipe for Cobia on the Grill

1-2 lbs fillets - thinly sliced (cobia)
3 tbsp. Butter- melted
3 fresh lemons
2 tbsp. oregano

In a bowl combine butter and oregano. Squeeze in 2 lemons and then scrape the inside of the lemon and add the pulp. Mix well. Place foil on the counter. Spray with non stick. Place fillets on foil. Pour ½ of the butter mixture on the fish.
Slice 3rd lemon thinly and place on fish.
Place foil and fish on the grill on high heat.
After 10 minutes add rest of butter mixture.
Check for doneness after 5 more minutes.
Serve with hot garlic bread and salad.
