Recipe for Ed's Fast Grilled Fish

1 lb. fish of your choice (whole
trout, fillet of sole, cod, etc.)
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 oz. plain Italian dressing
1/2 sm. chopped onion
Dash garlic salt
Dash pepper

Make a boat out of tin foil to hold the fish and make sure there is enough foil to seal the boat. Place fish in boat and all all other ingredients. Broil over grill about 15 minutes. Check to see if dressing is boiling. When fish flakes, it is cooked.
